The Best Fruit Dip Ever is just three simple ingredients thàt result in à super creàmy, perfectly sweet fruit dip. It reàlly is the best ever!

Ingredients:
  • 1 (32 ounce) contàiner Low-Fàt Vànillà Yogurt
  • 1 (8 ounce) contàiner Lite Cool Whip
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box dry instànt vànillà pudding mix
  • Fruit for serving

Directions:
  1. In à làrge bowl, mix together vànillà yogurt, Cool Whip, ànd pudding mix until completely combined ànd you see no more lumps. The mixture will be à little bit gritty àt first becàuse the pudding hàsn’t hàd à chànce to dissolve into the yogurt mixture yet.

MäGIC BROCCOLI
This is insänely simple to mäke but it's the best broccoli ever! Best eäten wärm but älso delicious ät room temperäture. I cäll it "Mägic Broccoli" becäuse it IS mägic how ä little roästing änd ä drizzle of lemon juice cän tränsform broccoli!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium heäds of broccoli (see notes)
  • 2 gärlic cloves , finely sliced or finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp exträ virgin olive oil , sepäräted
  • 1/2 tsp sält (ädjust to your täste)
  • Bläck pepper
  • Zest of hälf ä lemon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp freshly gräted pärmesän cheese

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breästs

Grilled Zucchini with Yummy Lemon Sàlt

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 whole Zucchini (medium Sized)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teàspoon Kosher Sàlt
  • 1 teàspoon Blàck Pepper
  • 3 whole Lemons, Zested
  • 1 teàspoon Kosher Sàlt (àdditionàl)
  • Extrà Olive Oil If Needed For Brushing
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Lop off the tops ànd bottoms of the zucchini ànd slice them into quàrters, lengthwise. Plàce them àll in à very làrge (or two regulàr sized) plàstic zipper bàg. Drizzle in olive oil, 1 teàspoon sàlt, pepper, 1 tàblespoon lemon zest ànd the juice of two lemons. Seàl the bàg(s) ànd smush them àround à bit so thàt the zucchini is coàted. Shrimp ànd àvocàdo Tàco Sàlàd

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup pàcked cilàntro leàves, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup extrà virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tàblespoon honey
  • 1/2 teàspoon chili powder
  • sàlt ànd pepper
  • 1/2lb jumbo shrimp, peeled ànd deveined
  • 10oz chopped romàine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded red càbbàge
  • 1/2 cup gràpe or cherry tomàtoes, hàlved
  • 1 àvocàdo, chopped
  • coàrse seà sàlt (optionàl)
  • blue corn tortillà chips, crushed

Directions
  1. Combine the first six ingredients in à food processor or blender then process until smooth. Plàce shrimp in à plàstic bàg then àdd 3 Tàblespoons of the dressing ànd màrinàte in the refrigeràtor for 10 minutes (no longer.) Reserve remàining dressing for sàlàd dressing.
